Good feedback Alison.  I think the biggest takeaway is that they are teaching techniques, and hopefully we can find ways to apply them to what we are working with.  I have to find you a &quot;young, hip, single, non-sexandthecity&quot; conference....

It&#039;s such an overwhelming space in the social media world but 2 important things to remember are 1) some presence is better than no presence and 2) outreach can be equally effective on a small scale.
