I'm humbled. You're a fantastic blogger and I hear a lot of folks at work talk about how amazing your blog is for them. CLM - both the the winning blogger and the nominator can be either gender. There are certainly some male bloggers who fit the critera about inspiring women and advancing our cause. And you never know if Sarah would want a weekend in San Francisco, with or without kid. I brought IT Boy to BlogHer last summer and he was a great tool for networking. In fact, when Mr. IT was felled by food poisoning, I had both kids with me and no one batted an eye. There's day care for those who want it, and you're sure to see even nursing moms in some of the meeting rooms. It's a conference run by women, so they certainly are accomodating to moms. EVERYONE - go ahead and nominate your favorite blogger! I'll leave you with my disclaimer that I have nothing to do with the judging process - I won't know who the winner is until s/he is announced.
